On the island ,Chuck has to learn to survive all alone .He has to learn to collect water , hunt for food ,and make fire .
perhaps the most difficult challenge is how to survive without friends .In order to survive ,Chuck develops a friendship with an unusual friend------a volleyball he calls Wilson .
Chuck learns a lot about himself when he is alone on the island .He realizes that he has’t been a very good friend because he was always been thinking about himself .During
his four years on the island ,Chuck learns how to be a good friend to Wilson .Even though Wilson is just a volleyball,he becomes fond of him ,he talks to him and treats to have someone to care about ,he also learns that he should have care more about his friends ,when he makes friends .when he makes friends with Wilson ,he understand that friendship is about feelings and that we must give as much as take.
A volleyball is certainly to unusual friend our friend . Most of friends are human beings ,but we also make friends with animals and even things .For example ,many of us have pets , and we all have favorite objects , such as lucky pen or diary . The lesson we can learn form Chunk and all the others who have unusual friends is that friends are teachers .Friends helps us understand who we are ,why we need each other and we can do for each other.

尊敬的评委老师，下午好。今天我说课的内容是译林版《英语》三年级下册Unit5 How old are you?的第一课时Story Time. 下面说一下我对本节课的教学设想：
一.说教材分析
本册英语书是以三年级为起点的新教材，通过三年级上册的学习，学生对英语已经有了一个初步的了解，对数词1-10的英文表达也有了基本的掌握。Story Time板块也就是旧教材中的文本内容，但更加生动形象，顺应了三年级学生的年龄和个性特点。
二．说教学目标
在认真分析教材的基础上，我将本课时的教学目标及重难点确定如下：
（一）知识目标：
1.能听懂、会读、会说数字1-10，以及能听懂、会读、会说并会写单词four, five, six, seven, eight, nine和ten.
2.能听懂、会说、会读日常用语与句型： How lovely! Here you are.
3.能听懂、会说、会读，理解并正确地运用句型：How old are you? I’m…
（二）能力目标:能正确运用How old are you? I’m…句型来谈论年龄。
（三）情感目标：
1.懂得选择合适自己年龄的玩具。
2.培养学生对英语的学习兴趣。
三．说教学重、难点
本课的教学重点：
1.数字1-10的教学，以及数词four, five, six, seven, eight, nine和ten的拼写。
2.能正确地理解并运用句型：How old are you? I’m…来询问他人的年龄及回答自己的年龄。
本课的教学难点：
1.在情境下正确使用日常用语How lovely!
2.懂得选择合适自己年龄的玩具。
四．说教法、学法
为了突破这堂课的重、难点，根据小学生好奇、好动、模仿力强等生理和心理特点，我主要采取了以任务型教学模式为主，以活动为主线，让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、参与合作、游戏感悟等多法并用的方式组织教学，利用各种多媒体手段，给学生创造一个更乐于接受的学习环境，促进学生语言实际运用能力的提高。
五．说教学过程
（一）自由会话，拉近距离
与学生进行朋友式的会话Hello ! Nice to meet you. Hi !This is for you.等等，拉近师生间的距离，为接下来的学习作了一个预设和铺垫。
（二）歌曲导入，激发兴趣
和学生欣赏歌曲《Ten little Indian boys》，让学生在轻松愉悦的氛围中，感知今天所要学习的有关数词的内容，激发学生的学习兴趣。
（三）呈现新知，趣味相伴
学生对1-10的英文表达已经有了一定的掌握，此处设置了3个游戏活动，count from one to ten, clap and count, say the numbers one by one让学生在游戏活动中，加深对数词英文表达的印象。而本课时的重点是让学生掌握数词的拼写，为了避免枯燥的拼读，结合学生的年龄特点，此处设置了分组进行眼力大比拼的小竞赛，运用多媒体的动画效果，让学生比一比，看谁能把数词的拼写，抓得最准确，速度最快，促使学生在竞赛游戏中，集中精神，掌握所学。
接下来设置了Micky过生日的情境，利用生动形象的flash，使学生自然而然地去自我感知并学习本课重点句型How old are you? I’m…。学生在有趣的画面中，获取相关的信息，掌握如何问答年龄。接着，让学生能够根据实际情况互相问答，使学生在真实的情境中运用语言与他人交流。
然后，延续Micky过生日的情境，拿出Micky的生日礼物(玩具)，让学生在课件的提示下夸一夸How nice!/Great!等，顺势引出本课的难点句型How lovely!进行教学，并让学生注意语气、动作和表情来夸一夸，学生在有趣的夸奖过程中，难点迎刃而解，轻轻松松便掌握了该句型。
Micky生日得到了很多玩具，话题一转，toy museum里也有很多玩具，戴头饰扮演导购员欢迎学生来到玩具展览馆，然后让学生看一看Mike，Helen, Mr Green和Tim也在玩具展览馆里，引出本课的故事文本。
接着通过一系列的任务，观看动画，回答问题How old are the children?让学生通过有字幕的动画，整体感知文本，并找寻答案，降低学生的学习难度；然后，要让学生懂得不同的玩具给不同年龄的孩子，此处为了让学生更加深刻地体会，设置了让学生上台给Mike, Helen和Tim选一选适合他们年龄的玩具这一环节，不仅突破了本课的难点，还顺势操练了句型This is for you；最后，自读课文，连线孩子们到底得到了什么礼物，并让学生给一给，操练句型Here you are……学生在老师设置的任务中思考，一步一步，慢慢掌握本课所学内容。在教学过程中，有一些任务要求是比较复杂的，学生听不懂，但多媒体课件就能把中文呈现出来，让学生了解到底在说些什么，这也是多媒体的一个优势。
（四）巩固总结，及时评价
在巩固环节，先带学生跟录音朗读，使学生能够模仿录音中的语音语调，学习到更标准的英语，然后选择一种喜欢的方式读一读，并给文本配音，上台表演等，学生在自己喜欢的方式下朗读表演，避免了枯燥的阅读方式。
而游戏小小导购员，则给本课文本的输出创造了一个平台，学生利用今天所学的语言进行导购交流，把文本知识还原于生活，提高了学生的综合语言运用能力。接着，设置了一个summary环节，帮助学生总结本课所学。然后，让学生通过自我评价，看看自己在本节课中能得几颗星，有没有掌握所学的内容。最后，数一数黑板上每组得到的笑脸，看看谁是最后的赢家。整堂课，在一系列的任务和游戏活动中，在多媒体的辅助下，顺利进入尾声。
（五）回家作业，课外拓展
1.要求学生熟读Story time及数词1到10的表达与拼写。
2.要求学生课后利用句型How old are you? I’m…和朋友交谈。
设置这样2个家庭作业，首先是希望学生能够更好地掌握文本内容以及数词1-10的英语表达，但更希望学生能把谈论年龄延伸到课后，与同学之间进一步地交流，让同学更加地了解自己及身边的朋友。
六．说板书设计
在课堂信息传递中，板书作为一种形象的无声语言，不仅能够加深学生从有声语言中获得的印象，而且能创设课堂审美情境与和谐气氛，引起学生的审美心理体验，产生一种“此处无声胜有声”的教学效果。
