仍然记得，那是13岁。因那时的我，放荡不羁，总爱惹是生非，与同学总是合得不太来。生日那天，我强压着心中的兴奋走向教室，希望在某个路口会有个朋友突然跳出来对我说：“嘿，伟杰，生日快乐！”但几乎连朋友也都没有的我能有几个懂得我的心思呢？于是，从一大早到夜晚，看着身边的人来来往往从我身边走过，我是多么想告诉别人：“今天是我的生日！”啊。但我始终没有说出来，为了那最后一点赖以生存的自尊。当我最后一个走出教室，内心翻江倒海，耸拉着脑袋，萎靡得像一个跑了气的皮球。想到自己生日没人理会，想起6岁那年的一幕幕，我有种想哭的感觉。
还没到宿舍门口，突然有个同学轻轻告诉我：“黎伟杰，你爸爸来啦。”我心头一惊。莫非。。。。。我拔腿便冲了进去。迎接我的是13张同学的脸和一种饱经风霜而又熟悉不过的脸。“生日快乐！”这句话几乎是同时从他们口中迸出来。我一时愣住，竟不知到说什么好。“爸，我还以为。。。。。。”“以为什么？傻瓜，你的生日我可都记着呢！”一阵和煦的风吹来了，我竟又有了想哭的感觉。“你干嘛啦？”同学们关切地问。“没事，眼睛进沙子了。”“你也是的，生日怎么不告诉我们呢？”“就是，一个人过生日多无聊啊！”同学们啊，你可知道，我现在的那种似繁花迸开似的欢乐心情吗？
