音乐：（有鸟叫，知了叫等）及舞台布景组合出一幅恬静、温暖的乡村夏日风光图。
画外音：It is warm, A mother ck lies in the stook, waiting for the birth of her children.（太阳暖烘烘的，鸭妈妈卧在稻草堆里，等她的孩子们出世。）
鸭妈妈：Well, my babies, come out quickly please. I’m tired.（伸懒腰）哎，我的孩子们，你们怎么还不出世呀，可把妈妈累坏了！
鸭妈妈抚摸着鸭蛋，突然，一只鸭蛋动了一下。小鸭1站了起来，看了一下周围的世界说：
Oh, what a beautiful world!“哦，多么美丽的世界啊！”
接着，另外3只小鸭从蛋壳里逐渐在妈妈的抚摸中钻出来，东张西望，看到妈妈后，惊喜地跑过去，
喊：Hi, mum! / Hi, Mummy!妈妈！妈妈！………
小鸭4：（指着大蛋）Mum, what’s this ? Why not crack? 咦，妈妈，这是谁？还不出来呀？
鸭妈妈：Don’t mention it, I spent too much time on it, but it still has no change.
别提了，妈妈在他身上花的功夫最多，可他硬是不见一点动静。

（表哥出场）
表哥：杰雅，你怎莫坐在这里？（疑惑的）
陆：（欣喜若狂的）哥，你答应我一件事！
表哥：（好奇）什模事？
陆：（不容否定）先答应再说！
表哥：……好，我答应你
陆：（恳求）表哥，你能借我10000元钱吗？都时候挣钱了，我加倍还你！（提议强调是“借”）
表哥：（表哥惊愕的看着路）什莫……？你说说看吧！
旁白：陆杰雅把所有事情从头到尾叙述了一遍。表哥听完了，很久没说话。她很欣赏陆杰雅的做法，有时一个人的生命似乎与另一个生命融在一起才会更有意义，陆杰雅与傅山山似已融在一起了。

陆：（关切的）医生。傅山山的情况怎莫样了？
医生：有个好消息要告诉你们，有一位来自香港的骨髓自愿捐献者，他的骨髓正好与山山的相匹配，傅山山有救了（激动地）（其余人欢呼雀跃）
护士：你们就周六来吧，等着好消息吧！
陆：护士小姐，请您帮我把这信转交给傅山山可以吗？
护士：好吧！
旁白：周六很快就来到了。
（傅山山被推出了病房）（陆与傅山山的手紧紧握在了一起）
傅：（虽虚弱，但很开心）信我看过了。相信我能回来。那个约定还等着我们呢！（说完路出自信的笑容）
