二、申办流程
1、申办单位向主办单位提交申请材料：
（1）文化艺术考级定点机构申请书，内容包括申办单位主要业务以及具备相应的人员、资金、场地和设备等考级条件的文字说明；
（2）申办单位准确清晰填写并提交由主办单位统一规制的《文化艺术考级定点机构情况登记表》，并在左上角申办单位名称处加盖公章；
（3）申办单位提供法人单位法人证书(副本）复印件、有效场地使用证明复印件、法人代表（负责人）身份证复印件和考级负责人身份证复印件各一份。
2、在收到申办单位提交的申请材料后10个工作日之内，主办单位答复是否设立全国文化艺术考级定点机构。
3、主办单位与申办单位签订合作协议，并为申办单位提供授权书和其他相关资料。
