光阴似箭,日月如梭。转眼间,一期的工作又近尾声。在学校领导的关心,我们全组教师努力、踏实地工作着,默默地耕耘着。一些非教学上的形式工作让我们感受到了压力,同时,这种压力也成为影响我们做好教育教学工作的阻力。总结本学期英语教研组的工作,我们一直朝着以下几个方面努力,虽然没有还没有知道我们的教学是否取得进步,但是至少让我们学会做一些非教学方面的活动。下面是我们组工作之余完成的一些事情。

一、抓好教研组业务工作,促进教师专业化发展

(1)、加强对教材的创造性研究,教学资源共享。

(2)、组织校内公开课,开展听课、评课活动。 本学期安排了全组九位教师上公开课。 当然,因为时间、精力的因素并不是每一位上公开课教师都要以说课的形式,结合教学理论,讲述教学流程安排的理由和想法,而是抽出典型性课进行说课及评课;全体教师都参与评课并由一位组长主评。 教研组还组织教师集中办公室利用因特网学习先进的教学经验,并结合本校本班的实际情况提出自己的教学调整方案。

(3)、计划开展课题研究工作,但是工作没有得到支持,计划夭折。 其实,只有“以科研促教改,以教改谋发展”才能更好地提高学生英语水平,提高教学效果。

二、加强学习,提升素质。只有勤于学习才会乐于施教,也只有勤于学习,我们才能真正教好书、育好人。为此,我们教研组不断强化学习教育,充实教师知识结构,提高教师理论素养。
(1)、校本研究:全组教师利用课余时间抄写很多学习教案,内容包括:新方法、新理念、新技能等。 当然,学校在每一次校本培训的内容和形式上都做了详尽的部署和精心的安排,可谓用心良苦。在抄写的过程中,知识已经无形中进入我们的大脑。同时,我们拓宽学习渠道,尤其是在没有课的情况下,我们进入互联网查找(www.fanwenstudy.com)学习资料、共享教学资源等,从而不断提高英语组每位教师的业务素质。

(2)、根据学校的中继教的要求。 本学期,结合学科专业和自身工作需要我们先后自学了《怎样听课与评课》,同时还写了心得体会,从中受到很多启发,通过这次读书活动使我们每位教师对工作的态度,对人生的追求有了更深刻的反思和认识,认识到一个人只有尊重自己的工作,热爱自己的工作,才能乐在其中,不断提升自我。

(3)、加强学后反思,做到学用结合,本学期,学校要求每位教师每个单元要有教学反思。

三、工作方面的不足之处:

1、琐事太多,有些组内活动只能蜻蜓点水,不能做到具体化、实质化;

2、组内教师作业多,但是因为学生英语水平低,作业只有数量,没有质量;作业内容没有向知识的深度和广度延伸。

四、开展自我反思;少数教师先进的教育理念还未真正转化为自觉的教学行为,只有经常对自我教学进行反思才能总结出自己在教学上的得与失。在上文以提到本学期我们的教学反思任务。

五、今后工作设想:

1、加强案例研究、个案分析,注重对优秀教师经验的总结提炼和推广。

2、继续强化教师的专业协作和教学反思,进一步提高教师的教学基本功。

3、开展课题研究。

最后,我们敬业,我们不计得失,乐于奉献;我们像团烈火,积极向上。路是无尽的,天是广阔的,领导的厚望是深远的,每一段成功的后面都将是一个新的开始。我们付出,我们收获。在以后的工作道路上,我们决心再接再厉,努力工作,为把学校英语教育教学工作得到提高而努力。
