Betty didn't think she should do it at once and in the end she forgot all about it .The mother fell ill for a few days and couldn't work in her garden .When she was well , she took Betty with her to the garden to see the cabbages .To their surprise ,the insects had eaten every leaf .When Betty saw this , she began to cry . Then her mother said to her , "We should never put off what we have to do today till tomorrow .And you must learn to deal with the bad things while they are small , or it will turn into a big problem ."

D. 小学生参加课外辅导班有哪些好处和坏处

小学生没有必要上补习班，可以上特长班，学习乐器、唱歌、绘画等等，培养爱好，陶冶情操。

为什么说小学生上补习班没有用呢？我从以下两个方面来谈谈这个问题：

1.培养良好的学习习惯

鼓励孩子克服畏难情绪，当孩子遇到难题时，一定会出现畏难情绪，没有能力或不想主动去攻克难题，有辅导能力的家长，可以和孩子一起读题，研究题意，一定不要告诉孩子答案，鼓励孩子独立思考，读懂题会一半儿，只要孩子弄清题意后，就会有解题思路的，如果遇到无法解决的难题，家长给予提示，在家长的提示下，孩子也可以攻克难题。

如果家长没有能力辅导，就将难题集中起来，请老师答疑解惑，家长督促孩子将知识消化理解，使孩子的思维能力得到提升，达到效果。
