Everyone has their own learning methods .
Last year my English was difficult . At first , I can't spell the words. I can't understand grammar. I also scared to speak in class , because I thought my class might laugh at me .

Now , after class I study by listening English tapos every day . Evening, I can watch English-language TV . I can recite some words. 一．我校目前五年级英语教与学的情况分析：1、学生情况。这一届的五年级学生我多少有些了解，很多都是我从三年级教上来的，大部分学生对英语学习比较主动，英语学习氛围不错，英语基础也好。但他们活跃好动，喜欢新鲜的事物，不够自觉，尤其表现家庭作业上。2、关于教师。由于教授平行班级多，每个班的英语课时少，加之教学任务重，作为英语教师很难像语文数学老师一样，狠抓每个学生。3、到了五年级了，出现两级分化的现象比较严重。基础不好的学生上课已感觉吃力，要耐心引导讲解；而学习好的同学已不满足课内的学习了，他们兴趣浓厚，吸收快，要满足这部分学生的求知欲。4、每个班级都有学困生，都是单词和句型掌握得不好；最主要存在的问题是四会单词掌握的不够扎实；仍有同学26个英文字母不过关；
我认为提高我们学校五年级英语教学质量要从以下方面进行：二．提高教学质量的主要措施：1、深钻教材，教材的内在联系，五年级作为四年级与六年级的过渡，一定要熟透教材，明确目标，认真备好每节课。2、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。3、充分发挥课代表与小组长的带头作用和管理才能，使学生之间形成互帮互助互相监督的学习氛围，也避免多个班级照顾不到的现象。4、让课堂焕发生命活力，有讲有练，精讲精练，有动有静，让学生在乐中学，学中乐。5、尝试让学生进行简单的英文写作，对学生的读写提出更高的要求。6、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。7、多与学生交流感情，因为不是班主任，对学生不够了解，平时要多与学生交流，了解学生的需求，尽力缩小不同学生英语水平的差距，让学生保持学英语的兴趣。
三．对学生的学习方法指导与要求——预习
预习是五年级学生学习英语的第一个重要环节。英语的课前预习指在教师讲课以前，学生自己先独立的随录音机朗读新课的新单词，新内容，做到初步理解，做好知识上的课前准备工作。所以，预习实际上是学生进行课前自学一种良好的形式。
