光陰似箭,日月如梭。轉眼間,一期的工作又近尾聲。在學校領導的關心,我們全組教師努力、踏實地工作著,默默地耕耘著。一些非教學上的形式工作讓我們感受到了壓力,同時,這種壓力也成為影響我們做好教育教學工作的阻力。總結本學期英語教研組的工作,我們一直朝著以下幾個方面努力,雖然沒有還沒有知道我們的教學是否取得進步,但是至少讓我們學會做一些非教學方面的活動。下面是我們組工作之餘完成的一些事情。
一、抓好教研組業務工作,促進教師專業化發展
(1)、加強對教材的創造性研究,教學資源共享。
(2)、組織校內公開課,開展聽課、評課活動。 本學期安排了全組九位教師上公開課。 當然,因為時間、精力的因素並不是每一位上公開課教師都要以說課的形式,結合教學理論,講述教學流程安排的理由和想法,而是抽出典型性課進行說課及評課;全體教師都參與評課並由一位組長主評。 教研組還組織教師集中辦公室利用網際網路學習先進的教學經驗,並結合本校本班的實際情況提出自己的教學調整方案。
(3)、計劃開展課題研究工作,但是工作沒有得到支持,計劃夭折。 其實,只有「以科研促教改,以教改謀發展」才能更好地提高學生英語水平,提高教學效果。
二、加強學習,提升素質。只有勤於學習才會樂於施教,也只有勤於學習,我們才能真正教好書、育好人。為此,我們教研組不斷強化學習教育,充實教師知識結構,提高教師理論素養。
(1)、校本研究:全組教師利用課余時間抄寫很多學習教案,內容包括:新方法、新理念、新技能等。 當然,學校在每一次校本培訓的內容和形式上都做了詳盡的部署和精心的安排,可謂用心良苦。在抄寫的過程中,知識已經無形中進入我們的大腦。同時,我們拓寬學習渠道,尤其是在沒有課的情況下,我們進入互聯網查找(www.fanwenstudy.com)學習資料、共享教學資源等,從而不斷提高英語組每位教師的業務素質。
(2)、根據學校的中繼教的要求。 本學期,結合學科專業和自身工作需要我們先後自學了《怎樣聽課與評課》,同時還寫了心得體會,從中受到很多啟發,通過這次讀書活動使我們每位教師對工作的態度,對人生的追求有了更深刻的反思和認識,認識到一個人只有尊重自己的工作,熱愛自己的工作,才能樂在其中,不斷提升自我。
(3)、加強學後反思,做到學用結合,本學期,學校要求每位教師每個單元要有教學反思。
三、工作方面的不足之處:
1、瑣事太多,有些組內活動只能蜻蜓點水,不能做到具體化、實質化;
2、組內教師作業多,但是因為學生英語水平低,作業只有數量,沒有質量;作業內容沒有向知識的深度和廣度延伸。
四、開展自我反思;少數教師先進的教育理念還未真正轉化為自覺的教學行為,只有經常對自我教學進行反思才能總結出自己在教學上的得與失。在上文以提到本學期我們的教學反思任務。
五、今後工作設想:
1、加強案例研究、個案分析,注重對優秀教師經驗的總結提煉和推廣。
2、繼續強化教師的專業協作和教學反思,進一步提高教師的教學基本功。
3、開展課題研究。
最後,我們敬業,我們不計得失,樂於奉獻;我們像團烈火,積極向上。路是無盡的,天是廣闊的,領導的厚望是深遠的,每一段成功的後面都將是一個新的開始。我們付出,我們收獲。在以後的工作道路上,我們決心再接再厲,努力工作,為把學校英語教育教學工作得到提高而努力。
