畫外音：衛兵向楚王報告了晏子的話，楚玉只好吩咐大開城門迎接晏子。

改編《陶罐和鐵罐》
國王的御廚里有兩只罐子，一隻是鐵的，一隻是陶的。驕傲的陶罐看不起鐵罐，常常奚落它。
「你有我美嗎？鐵罐子！」陶罐傲慢地問。
「我當然沒有你漂亮，陶罐妹妹。」謙虛的鐵罐回答。
「你看我有一身漂亮的衣服，像是用絲綢織成的，又亮麗又光滑，還有美麗的花紋，你有嗎？
醜八怪！」陶罐帶著更加輕蔑的語氣說。
「我的確沒有你漂亮，但我也不比你差呀。」鐵罐爭辯說，「我們生來就是給人們盛東西的，
並不是來互相比美的。雖然我不美觀，但我很牢固。再說……」
「住嘴！」陶罐惱怒了，「你有什麼資格跟我比！你渾身黑不溜秋的，真像一團黑泥巴，丑
陋的傢伙！」
「我們還是做朋友吧，別再爭下去了！」鐵罐溫和的說。
「和你交朋友，做夢去吧！就憑你這醜陋的東西，還想跟我在一起！」陶罐憤怒地說。
鐵罐不再理會陶罐。
陶罐以為鐵罐認輸了，便得意洋洋地跳起舞來，嘴裡還哼著：「我是世界上最美的罐子，有
誰敢跟我比美呢?」它扭動著身子，高興地唱著跳著，就扭到了桌子邊上。這時，鐵罐著急地提
醒道：「你快別跳了，不然會掉到地上摔碎的！」
陶罐輕蔑地看了他一眼，又繼續跳舞。突然，身子一歪，掉到了地上，摔成了碎片。
「怎麼會這樣啊？我不該……」陶罐痛苦地閉上了眼睛。
國王的御廚里只剩下一隻灰灰的鐵罐了。
