Everyone has their own learning methods .
Last year my English was difficult . At first , I can't spell the words. I can't understand grammar. I also scared to speak in class , because I thought my class might laugh at me .
Later on, I realized that it doesn't matter if you don't understand grammar.
Now , after class I study by listening English tapos every day . Evening, I can watch English-language TV . I can recite some words. I can speak English in my class , beacuse my classmates won't laugh at me . However, I make mistakes in grammar . I'm sure ther will help me. After class , I ofen have conversations with my friends . 一．我校目前五年級英語教與學的情況分析：1、學生情況。這一屆的五年級學生我多少有些了解，很多都是我從三年級教上來的，大部分學生對英語學習比較主動，英語學習氛圍不錯，英語基礎也好。但他們活躍好動，喜歡新鮮的事物，不夠自覺，尤其表現家庭作業上。2、關於教師。由於教授平行班級多，每個班的英語課時少，加之教學任務重，作為英語教師很難像語文數學老師一樣，狠抓每個學生。3、到了五年級了，出現兩級分化的現象比較嚴重。基礎不好的學生上課已感覺吃力，要耐心引導講解；而學習好的同學已不滿足課內的學習了，他們興趣濃厚，吸收快，要滿足這部分學生的求知慾。4、每個班級都有學困生，都是單詞和句型掌握得不好；最主要存在的問題是四會單詞掌握的不夠扎實；仍有同學26個英文字母不過關；
我認為提高我們學校五年級英語教學質量要從以下方面進行：二．提高教學質量的主要措施：1、深鑽教材，教材的內在聯系，五年級作為四年級與六年級的過渡，一定要熟透教材，明確目標，認真備好每節課。2、加強詞彙教學，包括單詞拼寫、詞義記憶，在平常的教學中一定要常抓不懈。3、充分發揮課代表與小組長的帶頭作用和管理才能，使學生之間形成互幫互助互相監督的學習氛圍，也避免多個班級照顧不到的現象。4、讓課堂煥發生命活力，有講有練，精講精練，有動有靜，讓學生在樂中學，學中樂。5、嘗試讓學生進行簡單的英文寫作，對學生的讀寫提出更高的要求。6、對後進生進行專門輔導，布置單獨的作業，讓他們在小進步、小轉變中體味學習的快樂，樹立學習的自信，盡快成長起來。7、多與學生交流感情，因為不是班主任，對學生不夠了解，平時要多與學生交流，了解學生的需求，盡力縮小不同學生英語水平的差距，讓學生保持學英語的興趣。
三．對學生的學習方法指導與要求——預習
預習是五年級學生學習英語的第一個重要環節。英語的課前預習指在教師講課以前，學生自己先獨立的隨錄音機朗讀新課的新單詞，新內容，做到初步理解，做好知識上的課前准備工作。所以，預習實際上是學生進行課前自學一種良好的形式。
，如：朗讀，背誦課文，但只有少數學生能做到，其實，預習在英語的學習方法中尤其重要，成績優秀的孩子都能做到有效的預習。為學好英語必須養成自學英語的好習慣，開學初我從以下幾方面抓好學生預習環節。1：聽錄音，每天的預習功課之一就是聽明天要上課的內容，並做好必要的記錄，如這一單元中了解人物有哪些，擁有哪些東西，生詞的含義等，然後聽清單詞的讀音，對所預習的內容至少聽5遍。2：帶著問題去看書，預習時必須要思考問題，碰到有問題的的方及
時問老師和學生，或做好標記，在聽課中通過老師和學生的共同探討解決疑難問題，如這一單元中學習國家，讓學生知道哪個國家擁有哪種國旗，代表什麼國籍，明白後再讀課文。這樣才能深入到書中去，增強聽課的目的性，抓住重點。三：讀課文，聽好課文後將課文讀幾遍，將重要的句型和不認識的單詞多看幾遍，加深理解，以便在此基礎上加強記憶
，如復雜的單詞還可加上音標。教學實踐表明，課前預習可以幫助學生把將要學習的零散知識系統化，條理化，彌補學生知識的缺陷。通過一個星期的反復強調和對學生的及時檢查，現在大部分學生能做好英語課前預習工作。這是我欣慰的！
