一、試卷分析
各年級老師均對期中考試出卷表示滿意，這得益於以下幾點：
1．考前出卷老師與備課組老師進行了重難點把握。備課組老師拿出了本年級本期所學知識的重點與難點，並給各出卷老師以參考題型，這使各出卷老師較為准確地把握住了出卷方向。每篇課文中的「Sally Structure」是重點語法點，出題教師緊扣此中心進行設題，重難點自然准確扼要。

1．交際運用題要適當增多：相對於語法題，交際型題目應該適當增加題量，這樣才會減少高分低能現象，作為小學英語教學，我們更應該注重孩子們運用語言的能力，動口能力的增強才達到了我們小學英語教學的基本目標。
2．各類題型的分值要平均，基本知識題型與技能題型佔分比重至少要佔90%，難度題型，特別是拉開分值的題目要控制在10%以內，綜合題目要適合學生水平。

採用A、B卷的確能使教師更為准確地把握學生水平，並知道自己教學中存在的漏洞，但只要出卷老師能比較好地把握試題的難易度，就能解決此問題。此次期中考試既較好地反映了學生的真實水平，也簡化了考試形式，更有效率了。
三．出題方向建議：
期中考試，內容要使老師滿意，成績要使家長滿意，的確是一件費力不討好的事情，但是卻是必不可免的教學環節，它能讓老師更清晰地知道自己的教學中遺留的問題，與其他老師的差距，讓學生更清晰自己的學習中的缺失，與其他同學的差距，讓家長更清晰自己的能力水平，及時掌握孩子的學習動態。特別是英語學科，在教學資源短缺的情況下，各個老師把握教材的方向和側重點各有不同，因此，整合資源，加強交流是非常重要的。
1．教學資源要共享，教學方法要交流，教學能力要互學。年級組內每個老師都應該擰成一股繩，一起研究合適的教學方法，一起製作教學資源，互相學習對方在教學過程中的態度、作風、觀點，這樣才能使整個備課組、整個年級整體超前發展。
2．擺正語法知識與綜合語用的關系。小學注重的是聽說，但是對我們的教材來說，不加強寫不加強語法，單純掌握聽和說是不行的。但是如何在筆試試題中既考出學生的語法水平，又能綜合孩子們的語言運用能力檢測，這是值得出卷教師好好琢磨的事情，單一的題型不足以體現孩子的綜合能力，只有採用更新的多樣化的題型，讓孩子們能感到新鮮而又富有挑戰，這樣的題目才更有質量。
