如何使用《雙向細目表》命制試題【文章導讀】考試命題雙向細目表是一種考查目標（能力）和考查內容之間的列聯表。
製作考試命題雙向細目表，是命題工作的一個重要環節。
雙向細目表可以使命題工作避免盲目性而具有計劃性；
使命題者明確測驗的目標，把握試題的比例與份量，提高命題的效率和質量。
同時，它對於審查試題的效度也有重要的指導意義。
一般雙向細目表縱向為要考查的內容即知識點，橫向列出的各項是要考查的能力，或說是在認知行為上要達到的水平，通常採用識記、理解、應用、分析、綜合、評價六個等級。
這是按美國教育家布魯姆（B.Bloom）目標分類劃分的，是從最簡單的、基本的到復雜的、高級的認知能力。
每前一目標都是後面目標的基礎。
即沒有識記，就不能有理解，沒有識記與理解，就難以應用。
（1）知識（識記）：是對知識的回憶。
其中包括對具體事物、普遍原理、方法、過程、模式、結構等方面的回憶。
（2）領會（理解）：是最低層次的理解。
它與完全理解並不是同意詞，與完全掌握信息也不是一回事。
領會是指對交流內容中所含的文字信息的理解。
（3）運用：是在特定的情況下，對抽象概念的使用。
這些抽象概念可能是一般的觀念、程序的規則、概括化的方法，也可能是專門性的原理、觀念和理論。
（4）分析：是將交流的內容分解成幾個要素或組成部分，以便分清一個事物中各要素或各部分的層次關系。
（5）綜合：是將所分解的各個要素或組成部分組合成一個整體。
是對各個要素或各個組成部分進行加工的過程和進行排列組合以構成一個比較清楚的模式或結構的過程。
（6）評價：是為了特定的目的對材料和方法的價值所作出的判斷。
也就是說，對材料和方法符合標準的程度所作出的定量或定性的判斷。
布魯姆認知領域教育目標的這六個層次是從學習過程的理解能力來劃分的，它適應於任何一門學科，而且有很高的實用價值。
雙向細目表的突出特點在於：保證了考題對要考查的內容有較寬的覆蓋面；
使考試有較好的內容效度。
命題雙向細目表不宜隨意更改，只能隨考試大綱的修訂而修改。
